Citizens never pay: verifying, receipts, proofs and stamps are free and need no account. Public bodies, public schools and universities, NGOs and aid programmes start on Community, free for good. Paid plans add faster Bitcoin anchors, audit reports, an SLA and support. No per-document fees, no tokens.
Card or local methods, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans can be paid by invoice and bank transfer (SPEI, ACH, SEPA), net 30, with your purchase order on it.
A 90-day paid pilot is credited in full to the first year. The first 20 paying institutions get 30% off for 24 months (code FOUNDING30). Registered NGOs and public universities: 25% off.
Everything recorded stays verifiable against Bitcoin with any HSS verifier, whatever the plan and even if HardState is gone. Downgrading or cancelling never touches past records.
